CodeIgniter Project Overhaul & Enhancement

My web platform is built on CodeIgniter and already handles core database management smoothly, yet functional bugs still surface and development velocity has stalled. I need a seasoned PHP full-stack developer who can dive straight into the existing repository, diagnose weaknesses, and refactor where it counts.

You’ll be working with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and several third-party API integrations. I expect you to read the current CodeIgniter architecture quickly, clean up problem areas, and push well-tested updates without breaking what works. Alongside squashing the functional bugs, you’ll optimise load times and polish any rough UI/UX edges you encounter.

Daily progress notes on what you tackled, what remains, and any blockers are essential to keep us in sync. I move fast and value clear communication; if you do too, we’ll get along well.
