Code me a professional discord bot for my server

This discord bot is for my GTA V - FiveM Roleplay server!

The bot needs to have these features:

Ticket System -- There will be 3 buttons.. *Support, Donations, & Applications.* Each ticket button will have a form/menu to fill out all questions are required.

PayPal Invoicing System -- Generates a paypal invoice link using a command.

Server Verification -- Click a button on a embed message to verify.

Embed Messages -- Generates a embed message using a command.

Server Logs -- Ticket transcripts, message logs, channel deleted/created, role created/deleted.


FORMS/MENU QUESTIONS:

Support:

1. What is your question?

Donations:

1. What will you be donating?
2. Do you agree that there will be no refunds?

Applications:

1. How old are you?
2. Do you have any past staff experiences?
3. What will you bring to the staff community?
4. What does staff "experience" mean to you?
5. Do you have any further questions?

EACH TICKET:

When someone makes a ticket, it should create a ticket to a specific channel with a embed message that just like the images below.


TICKET COMMANDS:

-close (closes the ticket.)
-add <user> (adds user to ticket.)
-remove <user> (removes user from ticket.)


PAYPAL COMMANDS:

-pay <amount> (generates a paypal invoice for that amount.)


VERIFICATION COMMANDS:

-panel (sends the embed message for verifying.)
