Code & Deploy Transparent Video on A-FRAME AR.JS

Objective:
Install, code and deploy GitHub repo shader to display videos with transparency (Alpha Channel) such as WebM and HEVC H265.
Step-By-Step User Walkthrough:
1. User opens URL and taps Record button creating video.
2. Web app saves video to database.
3. Web app then deploys video using the A-FRAME shader GitHub repo.
4. User can view video in the real world using A-FRAME.
NOTES:
- Instead of download and saving video to the user device. The system will store video on the server and will be used as a target object in A-FRAME and viewed in the real world as an AR object.
