Key Responsibilities:
- The AI code assistant will provide support across the entire web development spectrum, from front-end to back-end.
- It should be capable of assisting with coding, debugging and optimizing in real-time.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React, etc.) is a must, as this will be the primary programming language the AI will support.
- Experience in Python (Django, Flask, etc.) and Ruby (Ruby on Rails, etc.) will be a plus.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing will be highly beneficial.
