Cloud Storage DASHBOARD Front and Back End

We are Looking ready available Dashboard System .
1) We have Storage in FTP and APis of it we need to create the Dashboard from an online platform where we can do multi user rights to folders . so we will have multiple users and if we assign any root folder to each user then user can create multiple folders within that main root folder he should not go to parent folders.
2) We need data file count based on users
3) We need HTML Base Video Player .
3) We need Coding in a dashboard where we can convert the Video in Lower Compression . such as HD to SD and SD to Standard Video .
4) We should be able to create the link of the Video send to email or social media if needed. with the rights.
5) We should be able to see Thumbnail of File .
6) We should be able to Split the File if needed.
7) Below the File there should be Menu which can help to Move . Delete . S hare , Copy , Duplicate , Info .
8) in Info all the metadata show show and should be able to send as email or copy .
9)all the Files Size and Analytic of whole main folders and total files and total size should apear .
10) We should be able to Extract only Audio of the File .
11) We should be able to select some different Portions of Video .
12) we should be able to upload on social media
13) file can have special encryption option as well when send as link to some one until that code does not give it does not open or act .
14) Each file Title needs to be Edit Additional .
15) if we need to combine 2 video file we should be able to do that .
16 ) on Video we should be able to add and remove mark .
17) Player on account should be able to Play in HEVC and H264 Formate.
18) files should be able to convert and play on Mobile devices.
19) User Authorization needed with Mobile or google Authenticate /Microsoft Authenticate for Security .
20) Account Activity should be log .
21) 1 year support required.
22) if any additional development required we should be able to do that .
23) dashboard should have Customization such as name . Logo and Color .
24) we prefer ready made solution to customize and deliver asap .
