Clone a website and edit its content for CSS and styling (3DAYS OR LESS)

I need someone with expertise in javascript and website building, to help retrieve the css and styling from an existing website to help build mine. My website will follow the same design format, however, all content will obviously completely different. Instead of building a whole new website from scratch, I believe this method will safe time and keep that same level of fine finish that I am looking for.
