Clone WordPress Site into HTML

I have a small WordPress brochure-style site that I now need rebuilt as a clean, static package (pure HTML, CSS and any lightweight JavaScript you find necessary). The job is straightforward:

• Recreate every page so it looks and behaves exactly like the original, using the same images, colours and copy I will supply (with the exception of the pop-up window below)
• Strip out the newsletter / pop-up window that appears on the current home page.
• Make the whole site fully responsive so it displays correctly on phones, tablets and desktops.
• Point the Contact button directly to a mailto: link (I will give you the email address).
• I’ll send a few small text edits and updated contact details; please drop those straight into the relevant sections.

The finished deliverable should be a zipped folder containing all HTML files, a tidy CSS stylesheet, image assets organised in their own folder, and any minimal JS if required, ready for me to upload to my hosting. No CMS, no database—just static code that mirrors the original look and feel. If you can turn this around quickly and keep the code clean and well-commented, let’s talk!
