Chrome extension with script to integrate the web page through the DOM

Hi, I need a script that integrates with the MercadoLibre (Meli) marketplace web page, through DOM, to create a chrome extension with the script to run.
It's a relatively quiet task, I left an example video (in portuguese but visual OK)
1 - User informs initial URL via input
2 - User informs list with how many SKU's (strings) he wants. Ex: Sometimes you will only insert 1 sku (string), other times 10 sku's.
3 - User defines through input whether to pause or delete the ads (to delete it needs to be paused first)
4 - Access the URL that the user entered
5 - Go from ad (element) to and ad checks if the sku is within the skus list & if it has 0 sales & if the ad is active.
6 - Pause ads that meet the 3 requirements above and just go through without doing anything in those that don't
7 - When you reach the last element, do the pagination
8 - Displays which url the user is on (url will change due to paging)
9 - Displays the amount of analyzed ads and the amount that were paused
Note: The extension does not need to be placed in the Chrome web store.
