Chrome Extension for Robust Playwright Tests (Updated)

Please read carefully before you bid, already 2 developers tried and leave the project in the middle.
I need a Chrome extension that will help generate robust playwright tests based on user interaction. I need the extension to cover different interactions, including those with the DOM, shadow DOM, and iframes.

The extension should:
- Capture and reflect interactions like clicks, form submissions, scroll actions, input, drag and drop, page loads, resizing, and others
- Find and implement the most robust selectors possible for creating these tests
- Get events on Shadow Dom and 3rd parties iframes

The preference is to use JavaScript for the extension. The project would require a developer with experience in Chrome extension development, Playwright, and a thorough understanding of DOM, shadow DOM, and iframes. A strong knowledge of JavaScript and its interaction with the browser is also a must.
