Chrome Extension or Web app for TikTok Shop -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Chrome extension that can automate the process of setting up promotions on my TikTok shop account.
I can make a promotion from 10am to 10:59am on 8/15. (any promotion, flash sale, free shipping, discount).
the UI can show:
1. number of replicates: (I can enter 10, 20, etc.)
2. interval: (I can select 1 minute, 2 minutes, 1 hour, etc.)
then the UI can just preview these promotions and replicate the selected promotion with these settings.

3. send automated reminders to affiliates that are promoting the products about the promotion surge. Like if the promotion is set for 9/1 at 12pm to 9/2 at 12pm, the user can send an automated reminder to the affiliates 2 days before the promotion that this product will be on sale on 9/1 to 9/2.
(Optional) Smart Suggestions: the UI can give suggestions for optimal replication intervals based on historical performance or user preferences. E.g., number of sales on weekends increased more for flash sale promotions.
Bulk Actions: Allow batch editing or cancellation of duplicated promotions to manage changes efficiently.
