Chrome Extension : Make a Reverse Proxy -- 2

I'm looking for a chrome extension that will route the user IP via sockets and transform it in a proxy. The idea is that the user will be able to sell us his bandwidth upon signing up to our site and installing the chrome extension. I found a source code for something similar.
