Chrome Extension Job + Admin Panel

I'm in need of a custom made Chrome Extension that will be able to manipulate forms (insert data) and submit it, then retrieve certain values.
GRAPHIC DESIGN IS NOT REQUIRED AND WILL BE ADDED LATER (Placeholders will be used from your own supply)
The Admin Panel will require these sections
Dashboard
Here is simple, I need graph with Active Users, Stand-By Users, Fulfilled Users.
-Active User = Will be defined after project is discussed
-Stand-By Users = Will be defined after project is discussed

Config
Here I would like to be able to configurate memberships (name, period of time), global messages in extension, Fulfilled Users Messages (the message
shown to user when account membership reaches the end)

Generate
Here I would like to be able to generate accounts that will have extension access

Supply
Here I will be able to populate the database Format will be discussed later


Logs, which is split between
1/User Logs
-Account assigned to user (if none yet, empty)
-Status (SUCCESSFUL , FAILED )
2/Admin Logs
- Edits executed on users (delete user, edit user membership, add user with detailed info about the action performed)
