Chrome Extension HTTP PUT Payload Clone to Local Server

I am seeking a coder with advanced skills in working with Chrome Extensions and HTTPPUT method. The primary task for this project will be to modify the request payload of the HTTPPUT method.

The chosen freelancer needs to:

- Replicate the payload and send it to my local server.
