Chat app with multiples dialogs

I like to build a chat app works similar to the freelancer chat app where you can chat with multiple clients at the same time. All chat boxes should be automatically stocked up to fit in the screen like chat app on freelancer.com.
The template should be in bootstrap 4 with angular 12.
