Chart.js Graph Plotting

Hi, i want to project monitoring data from prometheus database in our webpage using Chart.js Prometheus plugin or any other similar library. The graphs already exists in our grafana dashbord, all needed to do is copy the query from grafana dashbord and use it using any chart library.
