Change order of Big Commerce checkout steps

I am using the Big Commerce optimized one page checkout written in node and react ( https://github.com/bigcommerce/checkout-js ) and would like to reorder the steps of the checkout from the default of 1)customer, 2)shipping, 3)billing, 4)payment to the new order of 1)customer, 2)billing, 3)shipping, 4)payment.
