Canvas element fix

I have a canvas element that is not signable (e-signature) on mobile/tablet because the whole page scrolls. So I need to disable page scroll when that canvas element is clicked. Then when clicked off it scrolls again. It works fine on desktop but mobile/table is an issue.

If this works out well I'll have more work down the road so hoping for a long-term developer.
