CSS/React.JS UI animation person

I am looking for a highly skilled developer that can come upto speed quickly and convert some of our existing components into a smooth animated components; gracefful open/close and collapsing windows into an icon. Person has to be ablle to pay close attention to details and ux behavior.



Our code is react.js/antD/CSS/redux/apollo
