COOKIE MANAGEMENT SCRIPT FOR WEBSITE -- 2

I need an independent (ie no outside links on it) script to get cookie consent for GDPR and US privacy compliance that I can use EASILY on all my websites. (html-css websites). It must function, it should give user option to choose which cookies and if he rejects cookies, site must exit.
