Buttons made in jQuery or JavaScript /CSS are needed for a Wordpress (with DIVI - Elegant Themes) web site, -- 2

For Wordpress website - with DIVI - Elegant Themes, I need a two Buttons made in jQuery or JavaScript. CSS Style sheets to be used as well.
The two Buttons shall have these functions:
1) BUTTON-1: On button Click, it will ask "SAVE AS" of the linked pdf. The user can save it to his computer.
2) BUTTON-2: On button Click, it will open a linked pdf document in a pop-up window
NOTE: While hovering each button , the background color shall change to blue color.

The CSS & Script codes shall be placed in DIVI'S CODE Module, see attached Button-3.jpg

IMPORTANT: Integration into DIVI in Wordpress is important !!
The work shall be done within 4 days.
A successful candidate shall show evidence of jQuery / JavaScrip / CSS and DIVI.
