Button Event on click (Small task)

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer who is able to implement the behavior of a button on click where another button will appear in a specific style where the other buttons will be disabled and have a certain color as well.
We have 2 cases (it is just about styling the buttons)
1-If the button that is clicked is the right one the other button will appear in green with a heart effect for a couple of secs
2- If the button is the wrong one the other button will appear in red with a shake effect for a couple of secs
