Bulk Design SVG Editor Panel Development - React JS

Hello Developers, We are looking to make a panel from where we can generate number of images as much as we want with supplied information. What we are looking to build up that is given in here to this video.

Remember: This is not a full scope of the project here, but this video and down below the small 5 points explanations are a forecast / highlights for this project. Actual scope of the project I will share with you when you are interested to do this project and you have the expertise on the react JS.
THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT TO ACCOMPLISH:
#1. To have Admin Panel page that allows to sign in, store data, process data, create data.
#2. To create 1 specific page with fields where Admin can enter new information about company into fields such as: company name, email, logo, phone, service description, hex color codes.
#3. All the entered information in this one specific page will change 500 designs information and will change colors of SVG layers too. These designs are going to be 800px by 800px
#4. Once all designs are changed with newly entered information into that 1 specific page, we need to have ability to export or download all 500 designs in bulk.
#5. Over all - imagine you have 500 designs, and you need to change information on them all at once and save these designs - this is what this tool will need to do - simply to allow to enter new information, new hex colors and based on this entry - all 500 template SVG based designs will process this change. After that we need to be able to save all 500 designs with new information.
In other words, we are looking for "Bulk Design SVG Editor" that will allow us to add our own SVG based templates one by one, and then process a change in bulk on all 500 designs based on newly entered information in 1 specific page.
