Build basic Web Video conferencing app using WebRTC (or whatever appropriate)

Hello! We are hiring someone who can build a solid video conferencing app as a web app, which provides video/audio stream data ready to use with other technology on the backend.
We already have a web app that works with Zoom API/SDK, and we want to integrate our custom-built web video conferencing app to test which (Zoom or custom build video app) provides a better experience for user onboarding/usability.

Our app works with video chat (currently with Zoom), takes transcripts, and applies a Machine Learning model to suggest good responses so users can listen better and facilitate the conversation better. It helps people build better relationships through better communication through real-time, direct intervention.
==== Requirement ====
1. Build stable, scalable Web Video conferencing app like Zoom (it should work for a minimum of 100 simultaneous meetings)
2. Get Audio/Video stream and make it available in a way we want (will describe later)
3. Full documentation, with appropriate comment for begineer~intermediate web developers to be able to take over the project

- 5~7 days for $150
- 7~10 days for $120
- 10~14 days for $100
But we are flexible, as we don't want you to compromise on the quality.
