Building a self-evaluation portal similar to Tests.ca

Dear Freelancers, Here I have a requirement to build a self-evaluation portal similar to Tests.ca

Stack - MERN or MEAN or Similar stack.

UI - Similar to the tests.ca UI with changes / and colour

Functions -
Dark mode toggle on the top

Admin -
Should able to add CRUD users
Should be able to CRUD questions.
Should be able to CRUD notes.
Should be able to CRUD referral codes, and users.
Should be able to Link notes (single or multiple) to a question

User Dashboard
Should be personalized (Eg - Personalized greeting)
Should be able to continue the test from where they left off.
Should indicate the progress in each test.
Statistics

Questions (function as question bank)
Single best answer type questions and True false type questions (4/5 options)

Notes (should be pulled from the centralised DB)

Tests
Created by importing questions with certain categories (multiple or single)

File management system
Upload pdf files to embed

Pages
Should be able to create pages with meta.

Notes
Notes can be viewable as a stand-alone pages
WYSIWYG editor to edit/ add notes
Notes should have additional external references (like external links, and videos)

Referrals -
A referral system which shows the number of clicks achieved, conversion rate and payment details
Custom discount for individual referral codes (place for discount referral codes on payment page)

Premium module -
Users can take 10-15 questions for free, and after that, they should be able to upgrade.
Premium package management should be there (A package can have certain tests)
