Building "office excel add-ins" to be posted on Office add-ins store -- 2

The link below shows an example of how to build excel add-ins using JavaScript and HTML, and this is a new method for creating add-ins which is totally different than using VBA; the produced add-in will be compatible with Mac, Windows, and the web, and there will be no ".exe" file as an output. The add-in project will be uploaded to the office add-in store to be published globally. Of course, the project after creation will have a lot of files, but you will only need to work on editing two files (HTML and JavaScript files) to create your final add-in. Therefore, I believe that before you bid on the project, you will need to study the link carefully. I'm looking for an expert who can build an API that allows me to create the add-in project more quickly and easily by working on two fields only. The API will allow me to insert my functions by editing these two files, then my add-in project will be completed after clicking on a particular button (build), so I can create many functions and upload the related add-in quickly to office store.
