Building React.js Frontend of the Website

Our project contains 2 types of websites, one is like a web application that is based on an admin panel. Another one is a website. It contains 3 website pages and 6 web application pages. We require only the front-end of these websites in react.js with templates we provide.
Whenever we negotiate with a freelancer, we will send requirement analysis about this front-end job.
