Ad Builder for Interactive Playable Ads

I am looking to build a MRAID and Google Ads compatible ad builder where users can use a drag and drop functionality to build mobile and web ads compatible with all major ad networks. The ad types would include:

a. Interactive Ads
b. Playable Ads
c. Data feed ads (External APIs like weather, scores)
d. Personalized (From product/customer data)

We are using Node, React, Mongodb and AWS
