Build wix forms and velo scripts for custom behavior on wix site

We need a wix and velo expert to build 4-6 forms on wix which can be easily built using wix's wysiwyg drag and drop builder. Then we need to connect these to form datasets so that the data submitted in forms along with some calculated fields goes to the proper collections as well as members are added in some cases in the wixusers collection.
There are also some cron jobs to be created using velo so that some custom code can run on regular intervals to process the data in the collections and to create and update the records in collections.
You need to be an expert in wix code (velo by wix) as well as the wix system.
