Build a website design editor JS app

We have an existing Saas product that powers the official websites for films, tv shows, books and other entertainment products. We're Squarespace for filmmakers, production companies and authors. If you love film, tv or books then you'll love working with us.
We're currently building v5 of our product and need help to create a front end page editor to allow users to edit the pages on their websites.
We're looking for an expert in this area to help us and plan and implement a world class website editor.
We have a clear vision of what this will look like, we want to use vue.js (for various good reasons) and we have an extensive API already as well as a CMS and user admin product. We have 3 months to implement this, and we're looking to start as soon as possible.
