Build a ticket generator which will give an user a token with number -- 2

Hi,
Our application aims to simplify waiting process for any store. Imagine you went to service center, and there you see a lot of people are waiting in the crowd to get their service, So our application will help the store and the customer to overcome this issue. Simply they have to scan an qr code of their store, which will redirect them to our webpage of the store and there they have to enter their name and phone number to get an token which will be auto-incremented.

The basic flow of an application will be like this

1.User scan a QR code or select a store directly from home page
1.1 If he choose to scan QR code, then he/she will be redirected to store page
2. He will choose from available shift ( 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM), and proceed to book by entering the basic information ( Mobile Number and Name)
3.Once the information has been taken, he will get an token with number. Usually it will be an auto-incremented number for an particular shift of a day.

What we are expecting from you:
You should be good at logical implementation while thinking about application performance, storage
The application should be built in java,spring boot and any database of your choice(we prefer mysql/postgres) and should have API which will be used in UI.
The UI can be developed in any frontend framework of your choice
