Build an sms chatgpt chatbot

We need to create a chatgpt chatbot that will be trained on a sales process for our business. We will assign it a phone number through something like Twilio. Customers communicate with us through sms only. We have historical data to provide for the training/fine tuning. We will need to create a database for it to interact with, where it can pull info and pictures from to send to customers when they ask for such things. We need help with all the integrations and training, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
