Build a slack like mobile app

It is a student community driven social messaging app for seamless collaboration concerning foreign study planning.

Technical requirements that I am looking for:
1. >=4 years of experience in Mobile application development either native or hybrid
2. Deep knowledge in React Native with 2+ years of active development experience
3. Solid knowledge of Html, CSS, JavaScript
4. Good to have prior experience in npm, node js, Angular, phonegap, Cordova
5. Good understanding of React component architecture and concepts
6. Excellent understanding of software design and object-oriented programming principles
7. Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process from the first line of code to publishing in the store
8. Experience with Restful APIs to establish proper communication between our mobile app and back end
9. Experience with profiling and debugging mobile application
10. Experience with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio
11. Experience with Google Play and App Store Connect build releases and tools
12. 1-2 published apps in Google play store and Apple app store
