Build a simple copy-paste chrome extension

Hello,

We want to develop an extension that inserts a button with label "Copy Text" in a specific parts of Web page. When the button is clicked, a specific text will be copied to THE CLIPBOARD.
After that, when I visit another specific website, if I click on the extension icon, the copied text from the clipboard should be pasted on the second website in specific fields.
