Build script and bot for Discord notifications

Today I have a pretty complex task but the individual sections are pretty easy to do.
Below is brief explanation of what you will do, but do not worry I also recorded a video tutorial that I will sent you into messages.
The overall goal of the task is to scan every 10 seconds a website that lists new upcoming events (it has a live feed so you do not need to press the refresh button). The events are appearing and disappearing continuously. When a new event shows up the bot has to automatically collect data based on my requirements. Then when all data collected - it will use them to add it to pre-set math formula to calculate one last value.
Then all values will be send via bot on Discord to a group chat. It should also log the messages somewhere because when the same event shows up it should not send you a message. But if any value is changed it should send it.
If someone replies to the message with pre-set template - it will write it into an Excel or Google Sheets file where I could check it.
