Build progressive web app

Hello there. I would like to have a Christian dating progressive web app built. I am seeking a developer who is kind, creative, talented, diligent and has the ability to caption my vision to award my project to. This is my first app so I will also be looking for a helpful hand and unique ideas to make my app excellent.
