Build multiple components in Next.is and use Twitter API to get & post data

I am looking for a skilled developer who can build multiple components in Next.js and integrate the Twitter API to get and post user tweets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

Components to build:
- Navigation bar
- Image carousel
- Contact form

Design:
- The client has provided a mockup for the design of the components, so the developer should be able to follow the provided design.

Twitter API integration:
- The client wants to be able to retrieve and post user tweets using the Twitter API.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in Next.js and React.js
- Experience in building and styling components
- Familiarity with API integration, specifically the Twitter API
- Ability to follow provided mockup designs
