Build mobile web app - React Native

I would need help implementing a mobile web app on React Native. Would like to find out if you can train me on implementing my project? I am thinking of 3 training sessions per week and can pay by hour. We can discuss any details over the chat if you are open to train me on react native app development as we implement my project.
