Build a javascript dialog to show pivot chart

I have a webpage in ASP.NET. On this page, I have a datatable with data in JSON format. Now I want to add a Pivot Chart button. When user click this button, it will popup a javascript windows that contains 1 empty section to show the chart and 1 section to configure the pivot as described in the attached file. When user drag a column to Axis or Legend or Values (no Filter), the chart will be drawn. User can change the chart type. It should work like in Excel.
The attached photo is from Excel but I want it to be shown and work on a web page.
You can recommend another solution.
