Build interactive form using JSON api
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
Our business provides dance classes, music lessons, day camps, and birthday parties. To help prospective clients find the right program for their child, based on age, experience level, and needs, I need an interactive webform to guide them to an abbreviated schedule of programs based on their selections in the form.
Please find an excellent example of this at https://register.bearpaddle.com/ (they use the same registration software as us).
You will find the JSON api attached as well as the proposed form tree. Our organization ID is 533759.
We will need the form to reflect our branding, please find our website at danceandmusic.ca. We will also need landing pages for when registration is closed for specific programs (for example: dance class registration is closed right now and next years registration doesnt open for a few weeks. Instead of showing a schedule of available classes, we would need the form to end with a note explaining this and a form to add their email address to our mailing list.)
