Build iOS WebView App with Camera Permission

Hi there,
we are looking for a developer who can build a iOS WebView (WKWebView) App which will remember permissions for camera stream. In detail the getUserMedia() javascript for camera access.
For example use https://webcammictest.com/ for test or https://serratus.github.io/quaggaJS/examples/live_w_locator.html
Both should work when given the permission to use the camera / mic. app should not request permission on every launch. ONLY ONCE
i know there is a similar problem / solution for geolocation in javascript which requires some injected js and some callbacks to the native app (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/39665367/how-to-prevent-wkwebview-to-repeatedly-ask-for-permission-to-access-location)
please only bid if you understand the problem and know how to fix this!
