Build frontend for website with news feed and discussions based on geolocation incl. map style

Hi all,

I would like to have:
- Reactive Website with given design in Adobe XD- focus on mobile but should also work in desktop
- Focus on front end --> use dummy data streams when needed
- Tech stack preferred:
-- Vue.js,
-- Amazon location service,
-- maplibre

- Focus on design and front end. All should look like in the given XD-file
