Build a frontend for a website in react

The goal is to create a Client API and a UI NextJS or ReactJS application that lets you interact with the backndto call the below listed operations and get the results returned. An API is already made with backend and interfaces in Typescript. The Frontend doesn't have to be all that complicated, make it simple and easy to use with clean code and naming should be easy to understand and please make some inline comments too for readability when I am looking at the code.
