Build front end in react js of existing website (phase 1).

We are looking for a reactjs design and development (front end) person or team. scope is limited to the following pages.
we are using a theme in place, reactjs bootstrap theme (realdeal reactjs version)
back end is being developed by other team.
existing website has the following pages that need to be upgraded in phase 1.

- create property (custom layout)
- property extended detail page (a longer page for data input of property) (editing page)
- person profile page (a longer page for data input of person or candidates) (editing page)
- lease communication workflow layout(custom layout )
- inter party realtime chat custom layout
- list of favorite properties
- list of lease applications
- my profile (person profile view)
- login page, change password, reset password using email address, phone verification dialog etc.
