Build UI to edit PDF Forms in Browser -- 2

Looking for someone to build a UI to edit PDF Forms in the Browser. By using PDF.JS the rendering for the PDF is already complete. The rest is the UI integration creating tools that allow the user to write/type text and draw freehand and drop checkmarks or 'X' drawings on the pdf. Once done a save endpoint/button should be available.
