Build a Chrome extension that records meetings and uploads audio to the user's account.

Compatibility:
- The extension should be compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Preferred Programming Language:
- The extension should be developed using Typescript.

Functionalities:
- User account sign in using Firebase (Google Sign and Email-password Sign options).
- Recording audio of meetings (Google Meet, Zoom and Teams. Ideally any meeting tool).
- Uploading audio to user account using an existing API.
- No additional functionalities are required.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in JavaScript development
- Familiarity with Chrome extension development
- Knowledge of audio recording and uploading
- Attention to detail to ensure seamless integration with the user's account.
