Build a chrome extension for WhatsApp Web with a notes functionality
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
What you will be working on:
1. Google Chrome extension that injects JS and CSS to the web.whatsapp.com page
2. Identify the WhatsApp web's border and inject a column to show the notes ( search by element id, class, etc)
3. Add a button to let a user open the notes UI when a chat is active
4. Get the details of the current opened chat (phone number, name, etc). You'll need this to let the backend know which chat is active (to let you query the notes)
5. Let user login to the provided backend - logins with SSO, username and password
6. Read the backend API's docs and GET / POST notes
You will be provided a JS and React SDK. And so you only need to work on the extension and the API integration.
Prior experience building chrome extensions will be good.
