Build a carousel only in mobile view

This is an existing react project which has 4 cards displaying some data. These cards are arranged in a row in desktop view but it should be displayed as a carousel when it comes to mobile. All the html for the cards are already built so it’s just building the carousel structure in react that’s left.
Please note that the environment is hosted on a remote machine, so pitch in only if you are ok to work on the Remote Desktop.
