I need a good developer to build a resume maker software that takes user simplified steps to create their resume easily. Something like this (Stylingcv.com) but with more designs. My main foucs is very nice designs and the ability to do so.
I would like to know if you can do this (please don't reply if you are not sure) and estimated budget for such a project. Of course I fully understand that many details are required but your appreciation is an insult to me.
I don't care what technology will be used, rest assured that this is a long term project and will require a lot of development.
