Build a block-based text editor in Vue

We are looking for an expert Javascript engineer who can use Vue to create a block-based text editor very much like Notion text editor (if you do not know what block-based text editor is it's probably best if you don't apply) - if you have experience working with text editors and think you can build something as powerful as Notion text editor, then apply and we can chat
