Build a basic portfolio website

I have designed a portfolio on Figma, I need a front end developer to build it using next.js . It is very basic with minimal interactions so should not take long (it has already been started in next.js so a couple of pages are already done). It needs to be fully responsive for different mobile, tablet and desktop sizes.
